I have 17+ years of professional experience where I’ve worked for and with Fortune 500 companies such as American Express, Philip Morris International, and Samsung. I spent ~5 years managing the contact center operations for a workforce of 200+ people when I was at Ovex Technologies. Then, for 3+ years, I managed the operations of two different software houses in Lahore that specialized in IT-led recruitment services and non-invasive biometric solutions respectively. After that, I was part of the launch team that brought Uber to Lahore and I spearheaded the launch of Uber in Karachi. Now, I’m working for Automattic where we work incredibly hard to make WordPress.com the preferred-managed WordPress hosting solution on the web.
